Martez R. Moore

A technology investor and business leader with extensive experience in enterprise software, private equity, and corporate strategy.

Mr. Moore is the majority owner and CEO of Modernity Software. Moore is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Frères Holdings, LLC, a private investment firm focused on control investments in technology, media, and telecommunications companies. Previously, he served as majority owner and Executive Chairman of Vewd Software, where he led a transformation that nearly tripled EBITDA and delivered a 12x return on invested capital.

Earlier, Mr. Moore was Executive Vice President of Digital Media and Head of Business Strategy & Corporate Development at Viacom, where his investments generated $5.8 billion in shareholder value. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley and later held senior roles at Indosuez Capital, TSG Capital Group, and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Moore serves on the Boards of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, the New York Hall of Science, and Trinity Wall Street’s $8.5 billion endowment fund, where he chairs the Finance Committee. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School as a Sweeney Scholar and graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago.
