Mike Beasley
Chairman
A distinguished enterprise software executive with decades of leadership across software engineering, modernization, and business transformation.
Mr. Beasley is the Chairman of Modernity Software and a highly accomplished enterprise software executive with decades of leadership experience across software, hardware engineering, business management, modernization, and acquisitions. He previously served as Chairman of Rocket Software, an $8 billion-plus global enterprise software company with a long track record of acquiring and scaling mission-critical software businesses.
Prior to Rocket Software, Mr. Beasley was CEO of Icing Software, an independent business unit of IBM Software created as a modernization and acquisition platform for underutilized software businesses. He joined IBM in 1971 and built a distinguished career at the intersection of technology leadership, enterprise software strategy, and operational execution.
Mr. Beasley also served as Chairman of the Board of MESA, Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement, supporting expanded access to STEM education and career pathways. In 2000, he was named the most prominent African American in high technology. Mr. Beasley earned his master’s degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Martez R. Moore
Chief Executive Officer
A technology investor and business leader with extensive experience in enterprise software, private equity, and corporate strategy.
Mr. Moore is the majority owner and CEO of Modernity Software. Moore is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Moore Frères Holdings, LLC, a private investment firm focused on control investments in technology, media, and telecommunications companies. Previously, he served as majority owner and Executive Chairman of Vewd Software, where he led a transformation that nearly tripled EBITDA and delivered a 12x return on invested capital. Earlier, Mr. Moore was Executive Vice President of Digital Media and Head of Business Strategy & Corporate Development at Viacom, where his investments generated $5.8 billion in shareholder value. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley and later held senior roles at Indosuez Capital, TSG Capital Group, and McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Moore serves on the Boards of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, the New York Hall of Science, and Trinity Wall Street’s $8.5 billion endowment fund, where he chairs the Finance Committee. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School as a Sweeney Scholar and graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago.

Dexter Henderson

A seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business leadership.
Mr. Henderson is Executive Vice President of Modernity Software and a seasoned technology executive with deep expertise in enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business leadership. He previously served as Vice President of IBM Power Systems and IBM Austin Senior Location Executive, where he was closely associated with one of IBM’s flagship enterprise computing platforms and a major global engineering center.
Over the course of his IBM career, Mr. Henderson held senior leadership roles across software, sales, and services, with responsibilities spanning enterprise sales leadership, client engagement, and go-to-market strategy. His cross-functional experience enabled him to align technology solutions with customer needs and drive growth across diverse markets.
During his tenure, Mr. Henderson played a key role in advancing the Power Systems ecosystem, working with enterprise customers and partners to support mission-critical infrastructure and modernization initiatives, including hybrid and open-source environments.
Mr. Henderson has been recognized for his leadership in the technology community, including being named one of the Top 10 African-Americans in Austin Tech in 2019. His career reflects a strong combination of technical depth, enterprise platform leadership, and strategic business execution.
